1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
2. Restocking Fee
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.
3. Return Shipping Costs
• Return freight/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Items
• Items that are damaged, used, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund (less restocking fee and excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
